Leta Herman is an Alchemical healer, a Chinese Medicine teacher, and the host of the Inspired Action Podcast. She is the author of five books: Cultivating the Thirteen Ghost Points, Through the Mystery Gate, The Energy of Love, Connecting Your Circle, and The BIG “Little” Gua Sha Book. She is the co-founder of the Alchemy Healing Center, a Chinese Medicine clinic in Northampton, MA, dedicated to helping clients find their true potential through Alchemical transformation. She is also the driving force behind the Alchemy Learning Center (AlchemyLearningCenter.com), offering online classes and live events on the Five Elements, the Nine Palaces, and Alchemy.

Leta is a long-time student of Master Jeffrey Yuen, an 88th-generation Daoist priest and Chinese Medicine master, and a graduate of Eliot Cowan’s Plant Spirit Medicine studies program. She has also studied intensively with well-known teachers and former students of J.R. Worsley, who brought Five-Element acupuncture to England in the 1960s. For over 25 years, she has immersed herself in the philosophies of Daoism, Alchemical healing, and Chinese Medicine.

What Leta brings to a stage is the same thing she brings to a treatment room: the conviction that transformation is not a concept, it is a lived process, and she has spent her life learning how to walk people through it. She speaks the way she teaches, with precision drawn from decades of lineage study and warmth drawn from decades of sitting across from people in the middle of their hardest questions. She loves speaking because it lets her do at scale what she has always loved doing one person at a time: hand someone a map they didn’t know existed, and watch them realize they already had everything they needed to use it.
