Need directions to find yourself? Sinew Meridians can show you the way!
What’s in a Meridian? What is a Sinew Meridian? What is a channel or pathway? Are you lost? Read on, we will answer all of those questions and more. Most people don’t know that there are different systems of meridians (energy pathways or channels) in your body. Like roadmaps, each system represents a different way we interact with the world. The Sinew Meridians are all about how we interface with the outside world…our external qi. In general, the Sinew Meridians govern things that are instinctual…breathing, walking, sweating, etc.
Are you the type of person who takes care to look great, dress well, and attend to daily grooming? Perhaps you care a lot about fitness and exercise? Maybe you like to be sure what the weather is and dress accordingly in the morning so as not to be caught off guard (too cold, wet, or windy).
If so, then you might be a person with active Sinew Meridians! (In contrast with someone who lives a more sedate life.)
If you’re the type of person who just throws your clothes on while in deep thought, barely looks in the mirror, but cares deeply about the things you think about…then you might be a person with active Luo Meridians. You’re more interested in your emotional state, your philosophy of life, and thoughts in general. You care about lifestyle choices such as what you eat and the philosophies behind that. You may even have a lot of spider veins in your feet or face (a sign of active Luo Meridians, which are the meridians that deal with blood.)
